They want to send a message that they don't view their workers as humans, that everyone is replaceable. They want to make them afraid to stand up in the future.

Another serious issue with AI is that it doesn't experience personal trauma like we humans do. It will never be able to do anything personal so there's really no attachment to develop.

Have you read those AI generated texts? They convey mimic human communication better than anyone here. People have used it to improve their daily communications and have great result.

Not to mention they are trained on all the great writers' work by now and can write in their style perfectly.

I worked in the code field. I automated a system that eventually led to me and 20 data entry workers get fired a few weeks ago because they didn't need us any more 

 

No one blamed me but it really ****** me up to know I caused 20 people old enough to be my parents to lose their job.

AI is not the problem. AI is beautiful and make so many amazing things.
The problem here is the hypercapitalistic abusive American way of doin things. Money,Money and explotation of people in every single field
We should have mandatory rules for now to stop this.

Nothing like good handmade art. AI is cute but nothing like something made from someone with all the training from years
Years ago i was like.........Art online is so meh.

But with this explosion of AI art i value more HANDMade art and i wanna support skilled artists more
Everyone should be educated about this. SUPPORT YOUR ARTISTS-GRAPHIC DESIGNERS. THEIR WORK is very valuable. 
Buy things from deviant art and more....

AI Should be a tool for people to improve their lives.
Sadly the Goverments will use it as a tool to hire less people and get bigger profits

Anything that I’ve seen done with AI has been lackluster at best.
