I mean I enjoy the song,but  it's pretty obvious why it's not catching on, lol. The song is considered tacky for the Will.i.am association/production alone (don't know why ppl hate him so much, like ok, he is cheesy, the music is stuck-in-time, but he doesn't seem like a bad person). So, it's already considered uncool, and it is quite dated. So those factors alone are definitely going to not help it, rather than if she had put out something with like, Dua's producers, or had a Ice Spice or Doja feature, or something else cynically calculated to appeal to what is currently happening on streaming/radio.

She is a nostalgia act, people care what she did 20 years ago not now. The recent sympathy was becasue we all feel bad about the people who took advatage of her, but that doesnt translate to interest in her music.
