“Mind Your Business” did not debut on the Spotify Global or USA top 200 chart. Why?

It’s N/A on the Global 200 or USA 200 chart on Spotify. Why did Mind Your Business, Britney’s first song in a year, not enter the top 200 despite the song being teased in advance?
