Hector Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 (edited) Of course he's defending it, this demon force-fed Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation 40 days after Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away and blocked Merrick Garland from being a judge. Edited July 11, 2023 by Hector 1

Keter Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 I can’t believe these ancient damn prunes dictate how our society runs 1
Domination Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 He’s not wrong in that the average Democrat seems to gravely misunderstand the purpose of the court and while I do think there has been some legislating from the bench, it has gone both ways. Gay marriage coming out of the Obergefell ruling was nice and all but the fact that it took until Roe to be overturned to be codified into law is heinous. Ultimately though, decisions made about discrimination, debt forgiveness, and AA were absolutely ridiculous. It should be a wake up call that the Supreme Court and Electoral Colleges both need to reformed.
Sergi91 Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 He should be the last person to be lecturing people on the SC. 2
Sannie Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Yes, having one of, if not the most unpopular politicians of the last fifty years defending the court is definitely going to convince people everything is fine.
