theoghon Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Currently pursuing an undergrad in a non-english speaking country in Europe. I fear rent is about to jump next semester and my housing allowance won't cut it. Do y'all have any ideas to earn extra income, I'm specifically keen on online/passive methods such as selling digital wallpapers e.t.c. It would really help a girl out

ATRL Moderator Azulito Posted July 8, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted July 8, 2023 Do you plan on creating the digital wallpapers? If so, look into graphic design and maybe photography. You can also look into Uber Eats (+ Uber if you have a car) or getting a job that has flexible hours (grocery stores, warehouse, etc).

I'm also considering food delivery with a bike, since I don't have a driver's license. It's scary though because constantly dealing with chefs when you don't speak their language doesn't sound pleasant Edited July 8, 2023 by theoghon

shinyshimmery Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 (edited) Fiverr. You can offer tutoring. I have personally hired someone from there in the past to help me with my letter of intent… she didn't write anything for me, but she made my own words sound a lot better. You could also offer resume building help, or help with essay editing. I wouldn't do peoples homework tho, you could get in trouble for that. Edited July 8, 2023 by shinyshimmery
Jotham Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 A lot of campus jobs are pretty chill and let you do homework on your shift. I worked at my college's office of Residential Life and my job allowed me to save up money while getting ahead on classes.
