Taylor Sniffs Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 Do you frequently hop over to neighboring countries for a weekend getaway?
Bloodflowers. Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 I am s broke student so never. In April was the first time since I was 3 years old that I left my country when I went to Austria to see Avril Lavigne concert. I also went through Slovenia and Hungary that Day so it was 3 for 1 special baby babuhahh *AJay voice*
AidanUnderYou Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 Multiple times a year. Been to Latvia and France this year and have plans to go to Turkey twice, Amsterdam/Antwerp (Madonna’s tour pending) and Spain. Theres almost always cheap deals if you look hard enough and aren’t too picky about where you’re going. I booked a long weekend to work in March and got return flights to Riga for £35.
greeneyedsoul Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 A few weeks ago I went to that alpaca farm in Slovenia.
americanshameless Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 Paris once a year, everything else once or twice a year
Listentoyourheart Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 Couple of times a year. I’m going to 3 other countries this month alone. Travelling in Europe is very easy and quite affordable, especially for EU citizens.
LadyDiana Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 I was in Paris twice, London once and Prague, this year.
Moonturn Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 Multiple times per year. Last year alone I went to Germany, Hungary, France, (Turkey), Portugal, Switzerland and Italy. Some of the countries various times. It is incredibly easy and cheap, so it is no big deal.
Aethereal Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 So far rarely. But I plan on travelling a lot if and after I build a good career.
makeme Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 (edited) Doesn't apply to me but i'd still like to answer** Once or twice a year from America. This year will be my first time visiting twice in one year. I typically visit more than one country during each visit though. It's very inexpensive and easy to travel from country to country once you get there. The main thing is the expensive plane ticket across the Atlantic. Edited July 6, 2023 by makeme
Robert Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 I don't live in Europe now but when I did, I would usually do a long weekend every few months usually on a cheap ass Ryanair flight (literally cheaper than using the train in my country).
dejmieeen Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 A few times a year I think. I participate in gay volleyball tournaments, and they happen in many places, but I only choose those which are pretty close. I also go on Summer vacation to the southern Europe
The7thStranger Posted July 7, 2023 Posted July 7, 2023 (edited) 2 - 4 times a year on average. Sometimes more. Edited July 7, 2023 by The7thStranger
katykater Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 I travel to another country like it's the next city down the road. Today I went close to the French border for work and could just drive to Nord-Pas-de-Calais after work for shopping.
sh0ckw4ves Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 Usually once a year, maybe? But this year I've been to 3 other European countries (and also Canada) because I'm catching up post-COVID
Chromatica Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 Multiple times a year, mostly UK and Switzerland, sometimes France.
