Good on Niecy for highlighting this but there's a lot to unpack here and it's important not to paint a broad brush.

 

Some of these aren't new, some of them weren't technically fired and were probably wise to leave for their endeavors after following the rumblings within their organizations that they may likely be fired.  

 

Most of them were scapegoats though for larger problems with the recent marketing of not just their new films but park policies as was the case with Newton.
