DeSantis trying to get donors while also pulling this 8Chan mess? He can't have it both ways. 

 

Trump was able to because no one anticipated his rise off birtherism or few his win AND his surrogates parsed out the appeal to different groups in different ways - Bannon and the Mercers covering the GamerGate crowd and Pence placating the rest.

 

Ron doesn't have any of that and this reads as flailing.

It certainly does have legs given it's all politics Twitter seems to be talking about for two days straight despite the SCOTUS rulings. Maybe this will all be for show if Trump somehow goes down before the convention and they have no choice but Ron but I don't see that happening.
