Bey getting a smash hit and still breaking new sonic ground decades into her career and doing it after coming off of 2 flop albums is an enormously bigger achievement than following up 1989 with another good albiet less successful pop album.

LWYMMD is more iconic, impactful, successful, and better than anything on Renaissance.  Overall Reputation has the higher highs but also lower lows so it really just depends on what you latch onto.  For me, I’ll take the highs and sift through the lows.
