If you look at her chart page, the debut date was in 08/May/21, in that date SYT had already 20 weeks charting. They only have 69 weeks on her page because they only registered one SAVE YOUR TEARS song on the site, but the debut date on Ariana page and The Weeknd page is different.

It did count backwards, you can check any given week and it will credit her as well. January 2021: https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/2021-01-09/

January 2021: https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/2021-01-09/ Yes, i noticed that too, but it's only a mistake of the site. They only created one page for the song, and credited it as The Weeknd & Ariana Grande. But at Ariana's page, they only start count it's debut date when she jumped on it's remix.
Gerardo Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 I wish they hadnt counted the full chart run for her remixes, 7 rings is her biggest hit when you dont count those weeks and its more fitting

wantedyoutogrow Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 wish they included the units sold or atleast made a different list with her best selling songs and most streamed
