More than the color, everything seems quite simple. Even this pre-campaign seems pretty standard. The Vampire pre-release could have been much stronger considering how massive Sour has been. Maybe they chose not to go hard on purpose?

we're just glad that her team is actually doing something. Though nothing big, but at least they have something going on. This is already a major step-up from what they've done for the Sour singles.

I really like the new cover honestly

Don't mean this in a bad way at all but her entire aesthetic and sound is so juvenile to me, she feels like the first artist where I can tell the target audience is much younger than me. I am only three years older but there is still something stopping me from getting into her music fully.

While for Billie she was the talk of the town even when I was in high school and everyone was into her music. That is completely fine of course and everyone deserves to have an artist target their generation more, hope this album is a bit of an evolution from her previous one. Jealousy, jealousy is the only track I kept from her last album.

i think the promo will come right after. they probably didn’t wanna seem like over-pushing it. but i don’t think they will rely heavily on word of mouth & not promote like what they did for Miley’s Flowers. i know Olivia’s team have changed, but their rollout being a bit similar to SOUR’s mean we’d have promo that is tangible and on brand.

Are these posts meant to be satire?  because you must realise it would be very silly to drag her for having a “teenage Disney pop-rock” cover and a “juvenile” sound considering her age and TV career thus far?

mte, i don't understand why so many people are upset over a color  someone on tiktok said that people nowadays care more about the aesthetics than the music and it's so true, some people are already writing it off because of a color
