that screenshot is BARELY one month old, as you can see in that thread where I called you out. May 19. I've NEVER ever even visited your profile to begin with yet you used to stalk mine just to down vote me. And you do it to other Britney stans too.

pink said she didn’t even make it to rehearsal so she wasn’t even aware there was gonna be a kiss while jlo and Britney were at madonnas house. The video I posted even saw jlo leaving madonnas house and left Vancouver after dropping out. These “rumors” even knew of the wedding dresses and missy Elliot.

While yes the information is getting used to bash Britney unnecessarily, it is true that P!nk was supposed to be in this performance in the early stages but that she very quickly had to drop out. That is consistent with her own statements and the CEO of MTV’s statements. 

 

We don’t and will never know whether Britney was fulfilling the role P!nk was supposed to or if JLo was the initial replacement for P!nk. Yes, Madonna wanted to collaborate with Britney, very much so. But I’ve been a Madonna fan for years and all of the info we have about this performance doesn’t make clear at what point what they ended up doing was decided upon.

 

My guess is that Madonna wanted Britney from the get go but it perhaps wasn’t confirmed that she could have her until they’d already begun the early discussions about what the performance was going to be at which time they had other names in the mix. 

 

All we know for sure is that Britney and Xtina were not the original combination. Whom was replacing whom and when is unknown and irrelevant really as it was ultimately those two who made it on stage.
