People are empathizing with how a couple people in a constrained space went through a tragic event and died in the depths of the ocean. Imagine yourself in that scenario. Nobody focused on their social status until you brought your frustrations forward. Having money doesn't make you any less human. Empathizing with someone's death doesn't make you take on their beliefs. You got a lot of venom to spit and the highest standards for everyone. People can't express some humanity because.. someone's fighting for food somewhere in the world? They paid 250k each for that. Knowing full well the risk list was longer and greater than our monthly food budgets. Spare everybody this utter nonsense.. the submarine going to depths of the ocean was controlled by a playstation controller. Lol They fired an expert captain and replaced with a young man - With barely any/to no experience. Even with experience its a deadly mission those checks could of solved villages of peoples problems. Instead they all died. Money wasted. Not to mention cost of the submarine itself - Inflation just went up and they gaslighting the **** out of everybody. spare me. Im here for music. Not bullshit. ps - the only reason we know about this is because its billionaires… anyone cry today for all the KIDS dead by man-made diseases/poverty/bombs/disaster 3 2 1
bjorn Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Imagine being a billionaire and multi-millionaire with all the luxury this world can provide you and STILL you’re not satisfied with life…

Phonography Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 Well it's over, I hope at least we get to know what happened but if they haven't found it yet I doubt we will ever know
illia Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 The number of conspiracy theories that will appear if the submarine is never found

It takes nothing to feel empathy for people slowly suffocating, including someone who brought their teenage child with them. As for your bolded point, the power of empathy is that you can feel it for multiple instances and situations, one day I hope you find the maturity to realize that 7 1 1

Novacaine Posted June 22, 2023 Posted June 22, 2023 (edited) I can’t believe this happened in 2023. Everything about this feels like something you would have heard happening in like 2001. Edited June 22, 2023 by Novacaine

If someone dies climbing Everest, is that karma? I wouldn't say it's karma, just like I wouldn't say this submarine disaster is karma, per se. But I do have similar feelings about the Everest hikers and these things being human hubris. Once you get past a certain height on Everest you enter what's called the "Death Zone" where there is no life at all, because there's not enough oxygen, etc. Hikers cannot go further and stay alive without supplemental oxygen and other equipment. I feel bad for individuals upon hearing individual stories, but as a general feeling, I personally wish people would understand and accept that certain parts of Earth (and space) aren't meant for humans. 3
