That he could avoid jail if the judge approves this deal will be a talking point in the primary debates.

And there's going to be a LOT of disinformation the next few weeks conflating this to the fake Burisma Giuliani conspiracies.

I've heard of this slimy Hunter guy more than I wanted too.

I mean, good on whoever is forcing him to plead guilty instead of pulling a Tr*mp and pleading not guilty.

He says this, as a guilty man, knowing full well this is the exact reason why he'll never be sent to jail.  You can't have it both ways.

All that talk for this? Lmao

To people with common sense these aren’t a big deal but for the republicans, which I’m sure will be fed disinformation from politicians and outlets, this is gonna be an “her emails” type thing and we are gonna hear about it all election cycle.

No, actually.

Most of the talk has been around the alleged multimillion dollar bribery scheme that Republicans keep "misplacing" witnesses over.

i mean being a crackhead with a gun and hoarding nuclear secrets are …. what *i* would classify as two different levels of crime not that the GOP will see it that way

It's a pretty big deal and it's not even all the alleged things he done.

Is Joe Biden throwing his son under the bus ? because that takes the heat off the alleged corruption papers. Anyway it's funny how his family represents democrats when their core values seems to be more aligned with republicans.

If his son did bad things he must pay. It doesnt matter if he's from left or right :giraffe:

what does all this have to do with the actual JOE Biden?  And so what if there was a bribe in 2016 or something.  Trump has 37 counts against him.

That would be concerning. If Biden actually received a 5 million dollar bribe from a foreign country while vice president, he should drop out of the race and possibly resign from office. Two wrongs don’t make a right.

I am not saying that it is true. The GOP has provided no evidence at the moment. Plus, bribing a VP is a dumb idea. They have no decision making power, the only real power a VP has is making a tie breaking vote in the Senate.
