There are so many cooler Johto Pokemon I could name. Sudowoodo, Heracross, Smeargle (not very good, per se, but I have a soft spot for him), Quagsire, Ho-Oh. Celebi is legit one of my favorites of all time.

I love Johto for the fact that some of the evolutions were so ridiculous like remoraid (a fish) evolving into an Octillery (an octopus) or Larvitar (a lizard) evolving into Pupitar (an insect cocoon).
