Just Dance started taking off in Canada in June 2008, charting in AU/NZ a month later, and the US in August. Poker Face didn’t chart until September in Canada, and took off in the US/WW in 2009, long after JD was a hit (apart from the UK which held the release of JD back until January 2009, with PF charting a few weeks later alongside the album release). I completely forgot about Colby O’Donis tbh. Glad he seems to be making money creating music for TV/adverts now.
