I think I low key jinxed myself between the self assurance / positivity bops and "I haven't been properly depressed since I was 19" description. I was forced to join a family reunion for the first time since COVID and it didn't do me well 1

Round 5: Multimedia This round, we would like you to seek inspiration from across a variety of multimedia. Your song should be directly inspired by a multimedia piece of your choice. You can incorporate the inspiration in any way you choose, and the inspiration can come from any form of multimedia. This could include, but is not limited to, examples such as: movie, TV, music, music videos, video games, books, news articles, social media posts, radio, podcasts, and artworks. It’s up to you how heavily you want to base your song on your chosen piece of inspiration, but ultimately the song should be directly linked to a specific piece of media of your choosing (eg. a book, a news story, a piece of art, a movie, as opposed to the idea of media in general). This challenge is partly inspired by @Aurora's season 1 judge’s choice which similarly asked for songs inspired by examples of multimedia, however the aim with this iteration of the challenge is to open it up to as many forms of media as possible. If you can think of it, it’s probably eligible, and if you’re unsure you can always ask! With a huge area of inspiration available this round across all the various pieces of multimedia within our reach, this is a great theme to get creative with and have fun with all the potential at hand. But hopefully that should mean you can find another source of inspiration in this area again
