Cloröx Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Three #2 songs from an album, I guess this is new record?

LostInStereo100 Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 The lack of her doing nothing for CS is basically going viral at this point But seriously how is this still gaining week over week? The tour leg ended almost a whole week ago. Is this still impact of swifties
Peroxide Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 If I may… why are people so convinced Drake is going to drop an album?

HandsToMyself Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 I’ve never checked the thread of a song so fervently. Every time there’s a new post I RUN to see if it’s because Taylor/TN finally did something to give this the final push it needs. This is actually so frustratingjdfj 1

ALA Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Hopefully there are no big releases this Friday and they're planning on pushing it. The points are so low that a big push would come through though

LostInStereo100 Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 It still doesn’t say he is releasing this week though. With Taylor still gaining week over week on streaming plus anniversaries boost coming. If drake doesn’t release again this week, she still could take it the next tracking week.
Peroxide Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Even if this peaks at 2… this is still a SMASHA… inarguably a bigger commercial hit than some of her existing number ones (Cardigan, Willow, Look)… a way bigger hit than Lovers other singles. It ain’t the worst thing in the world. 1
maplelattes Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 for me its the worst thing in the world if it peaks at #2 after me and calm down also being #2 and karma remix as well, so if she doesn't do anything but stays at #3 it will be less painful than being #2 1
enchanted0 Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 All these meltdowns remind me that 3 month "drought" before Midnights announcement 1

It ain’t the worst thing in the world. Exactly. Willow was #1 but it was NOT a hit, let's be honest. You Belong With Me was "only" #2 and it was a mega smash. Cruel Summer being #2 won't make it any less of a hit, longevity is ALWAYS what matter the most at the end. Who the hell is gonna remember that MAGA trash in a few years? Nobody. But everyone will remember Cruel Summer as one of Taylor's biggest smashes. 2

ALA Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Lover getting a #1 after all these years would be such a good pop culture moment though. That its so close but... 1
Brooklyn Baby Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Bit** better drop the Lover (Deluxe Edition) this Friday 1
