A live version wouldn't have changed anything especially since website sales don't count anymore. The Oliver song will probably be #1 with a large gap if his sales are that high.

The problem with CS being at #2 is not so much the position itself (at least for me), it's this idea she's gonna get blocked by a fascist's song whose song is only successful because of the political message behind it and not people truly enjoying the music. THAT'S what driving me crazy 

 

If it was a song that people enjoyed for the music itself, it wouldn't be the end of the world. But the fact that she may get blocked just because MAGA fascists discovered how to invade the charts is infuriating

But the predictions are saying that this song will be 70 points behind Cruel Summer. I mean, they probably didn't anticipate it would rise this much through the week, but 70 points is a fairly big margin.

It's not THAT much, look at the streaming points that grow out of the blue (and this one is not updated yet) and last day of strong sales can change all, in general 240 points is a very weak number 1, that's why all is possible, especially she's not doing anything to improve her situation.
