It's definitely the fastest that pop radio has picked up a non-newly released lead single in a very, very long time. It's threatening to be #1 by the end of next week if these KPU's keep up, and I cannot think of a single that's performed that well that wasn't a lead single in the past few years. But she could put out a live version or something within the nomination timeframe, which artists do all the time for later single releases. Edit: For example Havana (Live Version) by Camila was nominated for a Grammy in 2019 cause the original was only eligible for the 2018 Grammys. I could be wrong, and maybe if the original was never sent for a Grammy nom then maybe they still can years later.
