Ace Of Base currently have a U.S Diamond album - “The Sign”, which was a phenomenon in late 1993/late 1994. They’re also the only Swedish act to have a U.S Year-End #1 single and album and both from the same year. 

 

Tove Lo will probably become the first Swedish act to have a U.S Diamond single however and second overall (excluding producers).
