When will y'all finally admit that this song is just simply an undeniable SMASH on all fronts - including radio, sales, streaming, and social media?  It's smashing on radio bc the demand is there.

Same as Ariana's songs, same as Dua Lipa's songs, same as Camila's songs, same as Adele's songs, all of their biggest radio hits dominated all platforms. We just have to admit that the reaction would be different if this "achievement" was from one of those girls instead of the ex disney act.

if you looked at a radio chart you would see that it is becoming increasingly separate from the streaming charts. Flowers is massively appealing to the older 30+ audience that still uses the radio. Payola doesn't last this long, the song would have plummeted by now if it was fake.

 

This is an As It Was/Blinding Lights sized smash, not a Breathin or POV situation

Who is still denying that Flowers is a smash ? It's literally the biggest song of the year, it's only fair that it gets the record, whether radio is a strong metric or not.

It will def stay for 17th week, but doubt about 18th tho. The gap between #1 and #2 song are smaller.
