This completely unsurprising. They're probably literally throwing the freshly-printed vinyls onto the trucks as they're coming out of the printer considering she nearly missed the deadline.

As more of a casual fan, I'm willing Nicki a "win" (despite the fact her personality and antics get on my nerves to no end).

 

She's too talented to still not really have a solid, unmessy, defining era outside of her debut. 

 

This Gag City thing is interesting, but the music, visuals, and rest-of-era strategy has to be on point if it's not to be a total waste. 

 

The cancellations, confusion, and her constant upselling on Twitter feels like she's setting herself up.

 

This rumored 10-track album will need to be on some Thriller or even 24k Magic wave to justify such a short runtime and Last Time I Saw You doesn't suggest that's what's coming.

 

Hell, even a surprise visual album (for the streams) would make the radio silence and lack of singles make sense too. Something's up lol.

 

Needless to say, tomorrow and the weeks ahead will be interesting.

She's already said multiple times that she isn't. Honestly, if we didn't get another track released before the album...I prefer the surprise over her dropping it today.

There’s a 0.01% chance that she shot a visual album, bffr. I just hope she has a single video to go with a single for the album. I highly doubt there’s even one video. The features better be good to bring press. I fear it’s just going to feature the usual Drake and the infamous Lil Wayne (who usually ruins her songs). 
I really hope the album is good, but I’m keeping expectations super low.
