Fallin 4 you had a double meaning. Fallin as in literally falling for your tricks or fallen for you as in flopping/falling for you? That’s why she changes it up from I think I’m fallin for you as in love in the first verse and then you think I’m fallen/falling for you? In the second verse

it's two different interpretations of falling for you. the first verse is "i'm falling for you" second verse is "you thought i was falling for you?"
