I've seen on twitter that Nicki said she would like to hear Jhene on Memories. I wouldn't mind if she replaced all her singing with other singers. That would make the album even better for me.

 

I just don't take Nicki seriously when she sings. She thinks she's killing it but it's just embarrassing.

I don't mind her singing voice at all. But she has been taking it way too seriously. So much belting on the album. Not pleasant at all.

I actually love it but not when she belts (Falling 4 U, Memories, Let Me Calm Down). 

She does sound beautiful when she doesn't force it (Are You Already Gone, Needle, Pink Birthday, Pink Friday Girls).

Her singing voice is too fragile/untrained for high notes, that's why she sounds kinda jarring when attempting a belt. 

 

Similar to other non-powerhouse vocalists like Taylor, Lana, she can hold a note and sound good in her range.

It’s interesting to see the Nicki Hendrix love/hate. Spotify numbers show it is NOT a favorite but it doesn’t help being so late in the tracklist. It’s one of those songs I love if I’m in the mood for it but if I’m not it’s an immediate skip

The album only has 4 skips for me... and honestly 4 out of 22 is barely anything lol. I'm using 18 tracks, which is great and above average

 

In comparison, Queen had a lot more skips for me with less tracks on it
