xXavril Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 This is a really solid body of work, that is getting no favors being called Pink Friday 2. This is a unique entry in her discography, and should have been given its own unique name. If anything this feels more Pink Print 2, but even that’s a stretch. This feels like a natural progression for her. I like that she really dove head first into using samples, and it helps Super Freaky Girl sound like it actually belongs on the album, as apposed to being an add on because it was a hit (looking at you queen radio 1) I don’t have any tops right now, I’ve only given it a couple spins so far, but there are a lot of really stand out tracks that I can’t wait to digest 2

I KNEW she was going to do that. I knew it was going to be a Bussin' situation with me where she previewed Bussin and then completely switched the flow up when she released the full one. I wish she had kept the same flow with a different verse, but it does work. Sometimes less is more. Edited December 8, 2023 by HEAVYONIT 1 1
PixelStick Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 I waited till after work and a drink to listen now, like about half about the songs upon First listen which is win but where is Roman? And too much samples, pink Friday 2 is not what this should be called. either way hope Queen of rap gets solid numbers for this it’s definitely a solid album.
PixelStick Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 Although I bad mouth the samples everybody is a BOPPPP

ultraviolence.xx Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 i wonder why. maybe she didn't wanna be on a Luke track? since she cut him out

The kitty is clearly against making that style of music. She’s been dissing that sound for how long & Nicki offered her that track. Oh well, it didn’t need a carbon copy verse when the original was right there.
