Some of the girls are confused so:

 

Are You Gone Already is about her dad not getting to bond with papa like he wanted, it's all about her state during that time and honestly it sounds sad asf. Don't get lost in the sample, it's supposed to be a jarring melody. She feels like she's exposed him to bad things already(I mean the drama surrounding her life for one.)

 

It's a very vulnerable track. All Things Go just is plain nice sounding and the lyrics there are less hurtfully contemplative than AYGA.

 

I see what she means and if you lived it like she had, you'd cry too. We're fine because it's not personal to us.

I 100% agree, but that's exactly my point about the sample, it's used in such a weird way that all of this gets lost. 

The song's meaning itself is indeed very beautiful.
