The album cover was literally shot before this  Artists have to shoot well in advance to get the Vinyls produced in time. 
 

You can make a thread that’s gonna get locked all you want, doesn’t change the fact that it’s all very possible that Luke influenced this because he would have seen Kesha’s artwork first.

Girl Kesha sold 8k first week. Those vinyls could've been produced three hours before the album came out to meet customer demand.
