On my second listen and ‘At Your Worst’ really stands out as a highlight for me.

 

It’s a beautiful song, I think this one has potential to be a hit going in to fall/winter. I know that Sweet Relief is the obvious choice, but I’d really love this song to get its moment.

I am now listening to the album, her previous album was Mah but had one of the best songs of 2018 (Good in Goodbyes).
I didn't hear any single prior to now, so ill say my thoughts soon.

this is actually quite good but fades into the background after a while. needed more variation.

It took me a couple of listens to get used to the sound but overall I like the album!

I personally prefer Madison with more Tame Impala type of production (Envy The Leaves outro for example), though I do like this 60's inspired sound for her as well.

I will say I am a little bitter At Your Worst made the cut and Blood On Your Shoes or What Love Means didn't.

Personally think both are miles better but that's just my opinion, Hopefully, she can tack them on for the DLX even though they've surfaced online.

Just finished my first listened and i do agree its a lot more cohesive sounding and she made a great project. The vibe just is not for me, so i cannot see myself going back to this as much as I did with her first record.

I love Madison but this album is boring. I expected a lot more. The production, sadly, gets repetitive after 5 songs.

it definitely could've benefited from a few more upbeat songs, but i read her memoir recently where she said she grew up wanting to sing ballads so it makes sense the majority of her stuff from here moving forward will be slower

I definitely think this will be a grower. Envy The Leaves and Ryder made me tear me up. I like that she seems to have found an avenue that she loves and her vocals sound great on here.

literally came here to say she was INSANE for putting Spinning, Sweet Relief, Envy the Leaves, and 17 back to back to back to back. WOW. what a way to open up your album

I'm not sure how I feel. It's cute I guess. I probably need more time with it. Nothing really caught my attention apart from Sweet Relief and Home To Another One. I definitely prefer Life Support on initial listen.

 

Home To Another One remains one of the best songs of the year though and the best song in her discography!
