Can we stop using randoms on Twitter as "official sources" @V$.

We should wait until official / reliable industry sources put out the numbers imo.

These are not that bad tho. It’s opening day is looking to be higher than GOTG3 for example. It’s just how frontloaded it ends up being. It should clear at least $40M there.

China is a dead market for Hollywood movies. Not saying race isn't an issue for this and The Little Mermaid, but 99% of white-led Hollywood movies flop there too

It would just be easier for you to stop replying to comments as though you know what you're talking about. :skull: This account is a reliable industry source. You've made it clear this is not a topic you're actually knowledgable on, in multiple threads now. Time to stop.

How many times do y'all need it explained that basically everything from the U.S. is bombing in China these days unless it's an Avatar or F&TF movie

Luiz is no random user on twitter though. He’s one of the most reliable and well informed box office analysts. He’s very respected on many box offixe forums.

China doesn’t care for Hollywood movies anymore.

Unless you’re James Cameron.

That would make one of the better Hollywood movies opening. Also looking like it double Mario’s Chinese box office.
