Not going to watch this. I hate to watch sad videos :gaycat4: Poor guy :emofish:

He was probably wasted. Absolutely insane that he was surrounded by kids who actually saw and let him jump off the boat, someone should’ve grabbed him.

It looks like you can see a shark in the video, maybe that’s why he was swimming in the opposite direction of the buoy they threw him?

This is so sad. I have no words. Don't play with fire. Life is fragile.

Someone else said the propellors probably pulled him down and under but then I do see that shark 🦈

Looks like they threw a lifebuoy at him but he iddn't see it.

Could be drugs or liquor, plus peer pressure, added to that rush of excitement of being independent.

Some people think there was a shark in the water near the buoy and that is why when he is seen swimming toward it then turns around and swims away he saw the shark. Regardless there won't be a body to find, even if he drowned he was most likely eaten at some point

so sad - I know it was dumb but something that could've been so easily prevented and now his family is going to be scarred for life :(

Lord, then it's some dummy from my own state. disappointed-disappointed-fan.gif

I never really paid any attention to the story; I thought it was just some random person who just so happened to fall overboard while on spring break. I didn't know it was someone from Louisiana, and that he actually jumped off. :ace:

This is my biggest fear when on a cruise ship.

People made wild decision when under influence.

Ugh this is terrible and terrifying.

As someone who's scared of open water AND being near the ocean at night, this is my worst nightmare. :mazen:

It's so disturbing to think that we are probably watching the final moments of his life in that video. :dancehall:
