I keep seeing Gaga' stans talking about her impact but I still have no idea what they really mean, someone enlightenment me

I think a point that hasn’t been brought up yet is her versatility, it has encouraged other artists to explore new genres and sounds as well, such as the mini country boom that we had with Kesha and Justin Timberlake after Joanne. And even Taylor has acknowledged being inspired by how much Gaga pivots in the industry:

I don't know about that... Lady Gaga debuted in 2008 and we literally had Katy, Britney, Beyonce smashing at that time too. Like even before Gaga in 2007, pop was doing well with hits like Gimme More.

Do you mean that Gaga had an impact on Madonna, Janet, Britney's music videos? I'm so confused cause Britney's 2008-2011 era was so mid when it comes to visuals etc, there's nothing special about it.

Her transition to acting is impressive  It probably inspired Taylor to become an actress

I don't see how she put those things back, sorry, I mean she probably inspired Nicki Minaj in the early 2010s with her crazy outfits but the 2000s were always over the top long before Gaga and I don't see how her crazy outfits, visuals etc impacted Beyonce, Britney and other artists that were smashing at that time. True, Katy was wearing some crazy sh/t like Gaga but it's hard to say she impacted her when they both debuted the same year

She’s an extremely talented girl who goes out of her way to support the lgbt community. She’s also kind of a theatre kid and a lot of people respond well to that. She seems kind and respect the legends that came before her. 
her art might not be perfect but her mic is ALWAYS on and u can count on her to give u an honest and raw performance. 
 

those qualities will stand the test of time and that’s why she’s got a great reputation in the academy.
