It's the truth though, listen to the audio.  He did not say anything specifically about her. The host who didn't know who she was is the one who was making dumb stuff up to be funny).  The making fun of accents is racist behavior obviously, but Matty did not actually literally insult who Ice Spice actually is.  They were being dumb and making stuff up since one of the hosts had never heard of her.  That's where a lot of this is being taken extremely out of context.
