I just checked the boxscores for FWT and yikes. To be honest, I feel it would've just been best to do the metropolitan cities and some secondary cities in NA. I think we should wait until it goes on sale but I feel people would be hesitant to buy a ticket a year in an advance.

He has big aspirations and I commend him for it. It's criminal that Louis has been able to tour back to back and Niall might struggle, but I think he needs to be more patient. He should've done festivals first, then put the tickets out for sale. Perhaps he's banking on the festivals and the time in advance helping sell out, but idk. I think the hype for concerts is usually as soon as you announce, plus like you say, a lot of people wouldn't buy this far in advance. Also, there's no shame in doing theaters and build yourself up from there. I fully think he has the potential of being bigger but he's very impatient.

I like Niall just fine. And I can comment wherever I want.

Ok well if he wants to do arenas and amphitheaters in The US thats his business even if its only 30% sold out plus the extra 7k is usually just the lawn anyway and no one wants to sit on the lawn. Hes fine.

A lot of the tickets at Amphitheaters are lawn seats. Nobody wants to sit on the lawn, it has to be a big artist like Shania Twain or Post Malone to sell out 100%

There isn't really no shame in doing theaters, very intimate and not that pricey but he already did that route so his team thought it is a good idea to book arenas/amphitheaters because of 1D he would sell those venues. I feel the tour would be this year if he wasn't on The Voice, but because he is on there that is why it is in 2024.

I hope the festivals do him justice and help him sell but it's really early to make a justified conclusion if he still sells until next week. I think the marketing in this era is really good compared to Heartbreak Weather and the music snippets are good. I feel if he did a release show at a small venue here in LA like The Fonda or The Ace Hotel it will hype up his tour next year. I remember I bought Billie tickets in 2021 but her tour wasn't until April 2022 so it just depends on demand. I think festivals would help him market himself for the tour and he's on The Voice for the rest of the year so that might help too.

Louis' tour is doing well 50/50 but I can't say the same for the LA show. It is being promoted a lot on social media and on TikTok that the Hollywood Bowl might just give out free tickets to pamper the room and call it a day.

I wish he was doing theaters more intimate & better show. I don’t think doing Arenas is a good idea for someone of his level.

Like a good 50% of them are on the lawn its usually like 4k seats and then like 5-10k lawn

Not really, a lot of musicians sell out amphitheaters in the US. I just checked for instance Jones Beach Theater, for instance, and Earth Wind & Fire, Dave Matthews Band, and Pittbull all sold about 14K tickets, for instance, in the last two years, and Niall did 7K. They're not big acts in the 2020s. They're not comparable to Shania or Post...

I'm not trying to shame him :rip: I just think he should book smaller venues, there are plenty of venues with an average capacity of 5/7K that would suit him perfectly, and he can do multiple dates in bigger cities. There really is no need to book a big amphitheater when you're only gonna use the sitting bit. It's more expensive and it waters down the scarcity idea you get from smaller venues. He can do a theater tour and then jump to bigger venues the next tour.

Louis' tour isn't doing well in the US this time around, and we haven't really seen what Niall can do outside of the US since 2018 (and he did fine in 2018). I guess I don't really understand why Niall and Louis are even close to the same level, is what I'm trying to say. I also don't hate Louis, but the man can't sing, his music doesn't do well at all, he doesn't play any instruments, he puts zero effort in his shows, etc. I think Niall is a way more compelling artist and I think it's unfair that he has to struggle at all.

He is not a big production kind of artist, so even 50% tickets being sold will be enough to make a bank :deadbanana4:

Just booked seats that I'm happy with for Düsseldorf and Amsterdam, I'm so happy and can't wait to see King!

Looking at the pre sale tickets there's not much left at Madison Square Garden

They don't put all the tickets for sale for pre-sale. Also, New York is always gonna sell well + he has a seated floor. Why are you quoting me when the general sale hasn't even started yet? It's not a gotcha. I want him to sell well :rip:

Expressing concern that he may have issues selling out venues he had issues selling out before = coming for him?

Paper is twice as thinner than your skin. I promise you Niall does not care.
