Ok now Im a little flustered. This is doing meh on AM (it rises every morning and drops by the end of the day, which is pretty much what BMS and Cuff it did), the TikTok trend is gone, no massive YT gains, no presence on iTunes (TBF, I don't even think it was available until 2 days later with only some Hive's knowledge)... this would tell you some Autoplay is at play. Yet, the gains here aren't even that large; stable for the 2nd day, 400k+ gain the 3rd, and now just 15k for the 4th. Autoplay is usually HUGE like 1M-2M.

Maybe this is really just a Spotify girlie? :rip: it's so unusual to see Bey doing the best at her weakest platform.

That was basically my assessment. The gains are not great for it to be auto play. And I think we are forgetting that Kendrick is also huge on Spotify, more so than AM (surprisingly). His album debuted with over 100 mil streams first day, that’s one of the biggest debuts in history ( I believe it’s top 5 highest of all time)

Mr. Morale didn't have much lasting steam (the highest is N95 with 275M streams after a year :hoetenks:) but it did have more of a charting power on Spotify than AM. I remember all of his tracks were out of the top 100 after a month. Still, it's so odd and new to see Bey and Kendrick do eh on a platform that has always easily favored them compared to Spotify, especially Bey.

AM is rap leaning but Kendrick is surprisingly global :giraffe:

I’m from the UK and live in Japan (Kendrick is headlining one of the dates of the largest foreign artist festival this summer) and he feels very in the public consciousness. Drake only rly did that with his pop hits which is why his AM success with his rap hits was so huge. It’s weird but I do think Kendrick has real Spotify appeal.

We can just nickname the song Apple Music Has A Problem, it’s fine

This is #28 in the latest UK midweeks (up from #96 on Monday), with another 2 days streaming still to be added. I would expect this to chart somewhere between 15-25 on Friday.

Another hit!

This is going to be a hit in the UK

I feel like this if this is gonna be a hit, it's gonna be a slow burn. It's holding steady, which is a good sign

It's already at #4 combined on Spotify UK (235,144 streams). It's coming:duca:

Weirdly, only the original is charting on UK Apple Music, at #199. CUFF IT, BMS, HEATED & AS are all above it (+Crazy In Love)

It’s so different to see a Beyonce song perform better (by a lot at that) on Spotify compared to AM. Kendrick’s pull on that platform is crazy.

the fact that the UK is loving a song named “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM” is fitting tbh :dies:

Knowing that UK charts tend to cut the streams from top 2 (?) songs from an album to its overall album sales, having three or more hits is enough to secure the album chart performance.

AS & Heated seems to be doing well even without the push.

1.7M is not bad. But we also shouldn’t expect this song to remain stable without radio at the very least. I guess we can just add it to the list of singles she sabotaged

SEND THIS TO RADIO, GISELLE.

Wait, this isn't on the radio? What's the point of releasing a remix if it's not promoted? :duck:
