bluevelvetcrowbar Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Queen of Disaster and Prom Song (Gone Wrong) are potential smashas, let the UV outtakes be album tracks on the Unreleased Collection release instead of singles

You pull my hair and push me down and chase me, make me run You played me Biggie Smalls, and then my first Nirvana song

TrueBlood Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 She should post something on her IG for the third anniversary of the ICONIC Question for the Culture. 1

BlackoutZone Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Since when is I Sing To My MacBook Mic so loved, we need all the Rick classics first - Fine Bible, Grammys Forever, Godlywood 7 1
State of Grace. Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 (edited) One of the best decisions I made in my Lana stan career is never really overplaying her unreleased catalog. I haven't listened to some of these songs yall keep mentioning in YEARS. It literally took me a while last year to figure out the name of Yes To Smashing when I heard it on TikTok Edited May 21, 2023 by State of Grace.
popmusicisdead Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 the thing is that most of the UV outtakes still sound like songs Lana would release today. the same can't be said for BTD and pre BTD outtakes unless they are reworked like the UV version of Riding In Cars With Boys. 2

Big Bad Wolf Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 If she's gonna do more unreleased she might as well package them as compilations or do re-releases for anniversaries with the scraps as bonuses. There's so many routes they could go. Releasing a one-off is cute but not the tea I want from her honestly. Like what's the point besides the quick lil streams
RideOrDie Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 she had the biggest chance to do a born to die the paradise edition the re-up reloaded deluxe rarities on the anniversary with so many smashers and it would have been the perfect way of releasing them oh well maybe ultraviolence 10th year anniversary will get us all the iconic outtakes
starboy1 Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 I have a feeling Lana is MAD mad about this song doing so good, she hates hits.

It's the remix isn't it? EDIT: Technically it's Born to Die in 2012 since Cedric Gervais is also credited for the remix (and still the only one that won the Grammy for it...wow). 1 hour ago, starboy1 said: I have a feeling Lana is MAD mad about this song doing so good, she hates hits. I think she's happy about this one, since she's been wanting a place for it on an album for years. This being the only one she searched up when on TikTok a few months back makes it seem like she still cares about it, and the fact that it blew up was just more incentive to finally release it now. 1 hour ago, RideOrDie said: she had the biggest chance to do a born to die the paradise edition the re-up reloaded deluxe rarities on the anniversary with so many smashers and it would have been the perfect way of releasing them oh well maybe ultraviolence 10th year anniversary will get us all the iconic outtakes The least they could've done is repressed those deluxe singles box set. The resell prices for them are outrageous. Edited May 21, 2023 by NOW

Yep, I also think this one has a special place in her heart if it was considered so many times for an album inclusion.
