I’m definitely not acting (weird statement). This is my real opinion.

Secondly this thread is about TikTok. It isn’t about other apps.

Basic comprehension.

Guess Montanans are going to have to learn how to use a VPN.

Not surprised honestly. Now that there's consistent data that Gen Z isn't remotely interested in voting for a Republican candidate, Tik Tok is the biggest threat to the GOP.

The way they’re doing the exact same thing as every other app, but they’re just getting banned bc it’s a Chinese app doing it not a western one :deadbanana4:

Even if you think the app is garbage and rightfully suspect of their real owners, this is not a good thing at all. Watch your favorite apps get banned next.

this is so weird. literally every app sells your data. it's strange that republicans always preach about freedom and how the usa is "the land of the free" but they go and do things like this that directly takes away from people's freedom. all this will do is persuade the younger generations to not vote for republicans.

This is probably for the best. The fact that y’all think letting corporations sell your data to government entities is fly because this specific instance aligns with a conservative talking point. The fact is NONE of these apps should be allowed to sell data like they do, regardless of the country of the developer.
