Definitely my album of the year, an incredible listen from front to back. 

 

Received my translucent yellow /100 copy signed by Roisin and DJ Koze a few days ago as well! I don’t usually variant collect but my boyfriend surprised me with the deluxe purple marble variant a day after  I wish they included MILF Funk on the standard tracklist, it’s excellent.

Every listen I pick up on new intricate things that I didn't pick up on.

the second half of this album is weak af... so i don't understand the acclaim here! from free will onwards it's all meh except you knew but even that doesn't come close to the masterpiece that is the first half. it should have actually been the first 10 tracks, we didn't need that reprise and the last two tracks which are big skips. 

 

but the house might be the best song of all time i fear

Sorry, but Free Will, You Knew, Can't Replicate and Eureka (!) SLAP.

 

Even Two Ways has grown on me.

 

I could do without the Reprises but the rest is immaculate imo.

Not you saying that "Free Will" , "Can't replicate" and "Two Ways" arent good....... Eureka is a grower it takes time. But I do feel Two Ways couldve been a better closer

I love Crazy Ants Reprise  It’s silly, but at the same time perfectly captures the struggle of how you’d want to re-live a great memory, but nothing is the same anymore. It echoes the ‘seize the moment’ sentiment of the whole album and is in line with how the album gets increasingly darker / more bittersweet as it goes on.
