The NPO letter is fake, it's quite obvious by the weird placing of the logo.

Besides, the competing broadcaster for the Netherlands is AVROTROS. I believe the NPO is an overarching broadcasting foundation that oversees all Dutch public broadcasters and I'm pretty sure it's state-owned. NPO would never publish a letter like this without agreement of the Dutch government (who is still pro-Israel, sadly)
