It's possible they wanted to warn everybody what's going on and give people time to organize around somebody as the anti vote. Or expose the fraud because getting 40% votes with everybody else below 8% (And Ukraine in 2022 getting only 25%) is VERY sus 1

How Italy messed things up... both with her artist and with the contest is absurd Honestly thank god we got Italy televote, at least now we won't be surprised if the worst scenario happens

I've read that italian TV usually tends to show the televote percentages of every televised contest they broadcast. They probably just messed up.
OnlyManInTheWorld Posted May 10 Posted May 10 I don't know if Italian broadcaster revealed the voting results to warn Europe, but I'm glad they did it.
Zerby Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Italy should've sent Mahmood again, Tuta Gold is top-tier and he would've been a snack on stage and a threat to the rest. Cause lbr all songs are snooze.net this year but they had to win with Brividi and ruin his momentum. 1

It may actually be better to have a performance slot in the first half as a song may pick up a bunch of casual voters who are only voting 5-10 times. Ireland and Norway being earlier hurts Switzerland as those two could get the majority of the votes of people who vote for "something different".

OnlyManInTheWorld Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Guys, do you remember when was the last time we could vote from the beginning of the show? I'm pretty sure it happened at least once in the last decade. I'd like to check the voting results to determine how the public behaved and if some countries benefited from the early slot.
greeneyedsoul Posted May 10 Posted May 10 I have a theory. Israel's odds are low now, maybe they will stop betting on them. Itnwas fun when they were +5/1 but now they're too high. The copium is not coping.

There should be no place to act this way between contestants. If she has something to say, she can do it freely. She can't do it freely, that's the point
Simondus Posted May 10 Posted May 10 israel won't win they might get a top 5 placement, but that's it. i don't see jury giving her a lot votes. she will be #2 in the televotes MAYBE, but i doubt even that.
