Gwendolyn Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Anyway, I know people who may drag me for this but I wouldn't be surprised if Israel takes it on Saturday. Older voters are usually more Israel sympathisers, neutrals will be pulled in due to the song's emotional content, the Jewish diaspora will vote for their own and ROTW will be filled with Israel sympathisers and diaspora as previously stated. Outside Gen Z and Millennials, there's still lots of pro-Israel settlements (My family included, I wouldn't be surprised if they vote for them )

The song is solid and people who feel supportive of Israel might have an extra reason to pick up the phone. I think they're actually getting lots of votes.

thismoment Posted May 9 Posted May 9 So Israel could win the televote with ease and yet there are still people who think the juries should be removed?

anti-bitch Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Nemo! This went well! Just could use more lights And maybe bring the vocals more forward at the end. Now the music drowns the voice a bit in some points 1

Israel supporters are older or very conservative to watch Eurovision. most likely is rigged
abrantino Posted May 9 Posted May 9 But isn't it shady af how these results were shown 'accidentally'? Various people on RAI would've had to approve of this & doing the edit and it's such a known rule that results shouldn't be posted before the end of the final (for obvious reasons)
blown away Posted May 9 Posted May 9 I was shocked at how bad Joost's act was. It was laughably bad. Coming for 14 jury points, with 12 of them coming from Belgium. 1
MAKSIM Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Yeah Israel is winning this. Casuals will be splitting their votes among 25 countries, while those sympathetic to Israel will hard focus on one.

Mordecai Posted May 9 Posted May 9 So Italy's votes were 12 Israel 10 Netherlands 8 Albania 7 Georgia 6 Switzerland 5 Armenia 4 Greece 3 San Marino 2 Denmark 1 Latvia If Israel wins this is NOT going to end well, not only is a repeat of 2022 going to be awful but the backlash is going to be much much worse 1
