Bosnia and Herzegovina got a new government that promised to solve the problem of their public service and its debt towards the EBU. That will probably take some times to solve but at least they moved on from "we don't have enough money".

 

I smell a comeback in 2030.

This is simply not true. See Sweden 2019 and 2021 when they sent POC artists with mediocre songs. Ate the *5 white men* jury and failed massively in televote. Sweden 2018 too for that matter but he was a while guy. It's more of a Sweden thing.

so, since Malmö hosted in 2013 we can count them out right? and since Avicii Arena won't be usable, that leaves Tele2 Arena or Friends Arena (though both are stadiums) in Stockholm, or even Scandinavium in Gothenburg.
