Enjoy Genocide Song Contest I guess And yet you’re still in this thread despite how you’ve been saying for months you’re boycotting

Fevesy Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Speaking of kinda.. Streets saying Loreen is performing in Baku again this year at a festival which is strange after all the political activism she did in 2012. Can any Little Loreensters comment? I'm gonna say it's her terrible management cause.. Maybe if she released an album then she could have passed on the gig, idk!

WalkAway Posted March 4 Posted March 4 1 hour ago, Pendulum said: Eurovision is still an integral part of European identity, whether people actually watch it or not. You people who have no problem with Israel participating are even worse than KAN and their shenanigans. Silent complicity. You misunderstood what I said lol. My post is about the delusion of the odds who think that both Israel and Iceland (not anymore) could win just because of what's happening. My point is that Europeans don't care about that conflict nearly as much as they cared about Ukraine, plus Ukraine had a really good song.

It's not about Israel or Iceland winning, it's about the mere presence of Israel in the contest.

abelfenty Posted March 4 Posted March 4 So Bashar won the first round but Hera had a much bigger advantage in the superfinal and won overall my 3k votes Fifth time the first round winner has lost in the superfinal

When I saw her live 6 months ago she was initially performing in an old church and then upgraded to a slightly bigger venue, it still sold out ASAP and she could have done a way bigger venue. Even the green man from Finland came here 2 weeks later and performed at a bigger venue than her. Starting to think maybe she's the problem.

BOOM! Posted March 4 Posted March 4 (edited) The way both Serbia and France stand out from the rest of the songs, being powerful, quality ballads... I have a feeling that their chances are really good. Edited March 4 by BOOM!

Old church? do you mean Paradiso in Amsterdam by any chance? I'm surprised she booked that one

I joked with oomf who played a sold out gig there that he's on the same level as a two time Eurovision winner
