Laura Coates is THAT girl. Her mind it honestly amazes me sometimes and she has a great personality. She is kinda too good for CNN but i get that she gets her checks from them. We need her on an MSNBC show.

Yes!  I watched Morning Express every single morning for years!  I literally cannot find another morning show that even comes close.  Robin and her crew had such a unique way of delivering the news while making it fun.  I still get sad thinking about it every now and then.

I think I understand their logic. CNN has been trying to pivot away from being a partisan news source, but hiring someone devoid of any personality isn’t the way to fix that. 
 

This entire rebranding will end up being a huge mistake for CNN.
