I just gave up and listened to Tension... I'm floored. It is way more intricate/complex than Padam Padam, I'd say the verses sound like a more modern and more upbeat take of the Disco sound, then it has a pre-chorus with a build up and the chorus is also divided in two sections: one that's very similar to Padam Padam and the second part of the chorus feels like a nuclear bomb of glitters exploding in your face.
