She deserved so much better  Hopefully whatever iteration of AC comes out for Switch II delivers in a big way because, based on hype alone, it'll be huge. I don't think Nintendo anticipated how big ACNH would be but they could've given us more DLC, we're 3 years in and it's still doing numbers.

They did introduce new successful franchises with Splatoon and Xenoblade.

The last pokemon game released was a joke and a disgrace to gaming yet the switch zombies still bought it by the millions. Its actually scary how much of a cult nintendo fans have become.

You're conflating Nintendo fans with Pokémon fans, which isn't accurate. It's an understandable mistake, but:

 

Nintendo develops Mario, Zelda, Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Splatoon, etc.

 

Game Freak develops Pokémon. They also happen to exclusively release their games on Nintendo consoles.

 

I'm a Nintendo fanboy for sure, but I think Pokémon games have been awful for ages. The vast majority of the people who post in the Nintendo Base here agree, and there actually aren't a ton of people who are diehard stans of both Nintendo and Pokémon.

 

TLDR: "Its actually scary how much of a cult Nintendo Pokémon fans have become."
