He's been busy fighting in court! This is extremely good for a busy person!

His new album bombed so hard that people aren't even talking about it bombing. That's how poor it's performing

Omg the accuracy tho. This is almost like if Taylor’s next album completely flopped. I’m shook.

if he wants his folklore moment so bad why wouldnt he surprise drop album, 'eyes closed' killed all momentum like if 'betty' were the first single before album out.

all those budget for visuals too...

You guys are so pathetic that you care about Ed flopping more than Ed himself :bibliahh:

I don't think he cares about the performance of the album though, he said during Equals era that this album will underperform. At least more people seems to appreciate Substract and he got the sadness out of his system by releasing this album.

I knew he would underperform, but this is crazy... Like, he is BOMBING

Never thought he'd fall that hard - the GP seemed to be obsessed with him.

a BOMB no other way around it. :ahh:

the court excuses, shouldn’t it actually be added exposure to him since it’s all over the news? because i know y’all say it when it’s a female artist :celestial5:

*serious question* is the a reason this album is underperforming the way it is?

Were there other attempts?

Not to mention that not only Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran have been close friends for more than a decade now, but she's the one who linked him up with Aaron Dessner, and the collaboration built up from there.

This isn't the drag you think it is. :doc:

:clap3: Couldn't have put it better myself. But you wouldn't expect these losers to keep tabs on him beyond their erroneous projection of his personality.

OT: Keep celebrating while he's selling out stadiums, winning lawsuits to improve the music industry, and earning royalties from all the hits he wrote for himself and other artists.

Gotta love how much his mere existence makes so many livid and bothered.

I feel bad for Ed.

Releasing a single was a big mistake. He used to have a dedicated fandom but ruined that by actively trying to become a GP artist solely for the past 5 years.

He’s declining which is normal for big acts to do but The lead single killed interest and momentum so it’s going have a lower debut

it could serve longevity tho since it seems more of the dedicated fans like it more than his last 2 albums

The way even smile was able to debut an album track on global spotify (CAIL) but this album couldn't

I'm not convinced this is the end. He'll come back with an upbeat bop and terrorise us again I can feel it :mazen:

Didn’t he had a new album last year? Or was that 2021?

Idk it feels like bad habits was out not too long ago

Honestly I didn’t know his album was out, all I’ve been reading is about the Marvin state case and I do remember him releasing a single but didn’t know he had an actual album out.

Well, this is kinda bad tbh but considering none of the singles or promo tracks made noise I saw it coming but yeah this is his Witness.
