Has that version sold enough to go platinum? The original song was a hit in its own right

Chart peaks don't dictate sales :giraffe: if I'm not mistaken the remix would have its own certification, that's not Rema's call

The remix is irrefutably more successful, no one is disputing that. The original comment insinuated that this was a personal decision when that's not how certifications work? Also doesn't it cost money to certify? Maybe they're waiting for the remix to peak? The solo version was a hit originally and has done its thing already.

You again? First discrediting Selena's cooking show and now this? What's next Rare Beauty?

The original hasn't sold or been streamed more in the USA than the original don't forget the song never really charted before the remix

solo version sold 300,000 units and the remix 2,305,000 units. His version is not even gold.

Demi isn't credited on All Time Low's Monsters in RIAA's webpage but she is credited in the plaque they gave them. So I guess the same will happen to Selena unless Rema's team/label asks to credit her in the webpage.

Edit: blackbear isn't credited either and he's part of the original song. They just do whatever they want. :toofunny3:
