A lot of stan success in here :deadbanana2:

they will be forgotten by the end of the year :cm:

it's the chart sub-section of ATRL what do you expect :deadbanana4:

can't we just be in awe that a kpop song is seeing organic success and is actually received greatly by locals? it's super rare. people are comparing its virality to gangnam style, this is a cultural moment in kpop.

i'm sure all of us here are aware that if they drop a comeback rn, it wouldn't have the same numbers :rip: and please, you wish that the song would be forgotten by the end of the year, because it won't.

This is further proof that the only way for K-pop to actually get good footing in the West is to release sonically good pop music but replace the Sana's, Sunny's and aegyofied vocals with mature deep vocalists, Cupid's vocals are feminine but very deep and rich in vocal color bc the vocalists actually sound mature. No unnecessary cutesy nasal ****. Its a BANGER!

The fact that this song is rising naturally on the charts without any sales tactics or manipulation, meanwhile every single BTS song suffered the exact opposite fate.

Is it possible people are mistaking it for a Selena Gomez song? It sounds a lot like her

when someone sees a song that says "cupid (twin version) by fifty fifty," why exactly would they think "oh this must be a selena gomez song"...
