Given Gorsuch's surprise flip on right-to-work, I genuinely have no idea. My gut's telling me Roberts is going to influence Kavanaugh and Barrett to make this a state-by-state patchwork just like Dobbs (currently), so essentially any hormone care will eventually be banned for both trans youth and adults in all the red states.
